What is the course about?
The unconscious mind is a vast reservoir of information. The conscious mind dips into this reservoir in order, to know how to respond in different situations. Self Hypnosis is a way of improving our communication with the unconscious areas of the mind and getting more effective results.
The unconscious mind is like a massive storehouse with things stored away in lots of different locations. What we need is an effective system of storage and retrieval. We use store keepers and computers to find what we want, they will have a structure of what and where this stuff can be found.
Self Hypnosis is a way in which we can tap into the storage and retrieval system and train ourselves in improve our responses in everyday life.
